Donald Fuller, Head of School
Mr. Donald Fuller serves as the Head of School at Erie Day School, bringing over two decades of experience in educational leadership, curriculum development, and student-centered programming. Known for his collaborative and inclusive leadership style, Mr. Fuller is committed to cultivating learning environments where every student feels seen, supported, and inspired to grow.
Before joining Erie Day School, Mr. Fuller served as Director of Educational Leadership for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Erie, where he oversaw academic programming and professional development for 27 schools across the region. His leadership focused on strengthening instructional quality, advancing student achievement, and fostering vibrant school communities.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Fuller held roles as a principal and curriculum director in the Erie Catholic School System. There, he led curriculum redesign efforts that improved standardized test performance, elevated school culture, and emphasized strong student-teacher relationships.
Mr. Fuller’s educational philosophy centers on innovation, collaboration, and a deep belief in the power of education to transform lives. His vision closely aligns with Erie Day School’s mission to prepare students to live with wisdom, kindness, and respect.
